AGM & Conference 2015
The South African Tissue Bank Association (SATiBA) hosted its first international conference on 17 & 18 September 2015 in the beautiful city of Pretoria at the African Pride, Irene Country Lodge. The event marked the Official Launch of the organisation, the first General Meeting of its members and featured high quality international speakers, with the focus on procurement & legal matters; infectious diseases; quality control & donor selection.
The entire SATiBA membership was represented at the first AGM, the new board of directors was elected and the Memorandum of Incorporation was accepted by members.
